The Essential Teaching of the tradition served by The World Community for Christian Meditation - as passed on by John Main - is both simple and universal.  The talks on this DVD convey this core teaching in a contemporary way.  The three presentations help to communicate the teaching in a refreshing way and to deepen your meditation practice.  The format is that of the Essential Teaching Weekend of the WCCM School of Meditation but the talks can also be used individually for community enrichment events or retreat days.
