The Meditatio Journal:  Mental Health

The presentations represented in this journal are based on the Meditatio Seminar: Meditation and Mental Health. They range from accounts of the most recent research linking meditation and wellbeing, to descriptions of the ways in which our mental health services need to be (and, in some cases, are being) reconfigured in the light of what we are continuing to discover about the role of meditation in supporting mental and physical health.
